We are able to do this primarily onsite by utilizing our vendors to offer services normally offered offsite in the comfort of our facility and your loved one's new “home”.

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
Lakewood Care Center partners with Eventus Whole Health out of Charlotte to provide the following services in house:
- Primary Care Physicians
- Psychiatry Care Physicians
- Mental Health Therapy
- Podiatry
Lakewood Care Center partners with Aeroflow Healthcare out of Charlotte to provide supplies of the following items regularly:
- Adult diapers
- Adult pull-ups
- Bed pads
- Adult incontinence wipes
- Gloves, etc.
