New Residents

Lakewood Care Center began accepting new admissions again on June 15, 2020 following state recommendations regarding to COVID-19.

Admissions had been suspended on March 15th, 2020 per state recommendation and facility decision.
All current admissions must have a negative COVID within the past 72 hours.
